As of last year in 2020 we dropped the requirements for proof of disability.

We have changed our policies since to only require with given consent the ability to photograph the person receiving the donation as a way to record the date of when the donation was provided upon being posted on our social media to update those who donate to us and have content that will help us receive donations by those who support our cause. 

 

Please Read Below!! 

 

All PCs Donated from our organization come with a free limited year warranty starting the date your receive your donation.

All Further Donated PC's will be installed with Neverware's CloudReady Chrome OS to work with older laptops and desktop systems which will not have Windows installed on them to allow children to use them for the purpose of educational and social skills only to overall increase the lifespan of the devices and minimize the reinstall of software and hardware quicker and to use the minimum amount of hardware possible.

 

Warranty Terms and Conditions 

If during the warranty period your PC is accidentally damaged by the client due to autistic behavioral meltdowns.

(smashed screen or monitor or etc) 

or due to hardware failure that occurs due to natural causes will receive a replacement unit at a low replacement cost if we have one available as to limited funding and supply.

All PC's in need of operating system installation due to malware or viruses during the warranty period will not be charged and will be installed with a factory reinstall as the day you first received the unit with a free PC cleaning if necessary. 

​

We do not do data recovery as a privacy protection policy on our own behalf

if needed we will redirect you to one of your partnered PC shops (Their Recovery Fees Will Apply If Done So).

If your child's PC is out of the warranty period and needs reinstall or have a replacement unit will be charged a fee of $50

​

If Donated PC is Taken To Another PC Repair Shop Not Suggested By One Of Our Partnered PC Shops

(Their Repair Fees Will Apply If Done So) 

 

Within the warranty period will void their warranty with us and will not receive any more services from us 

​

Due to COVID-19, we do not do house call repairs.


We sadly don't do home set-up installs for systems as and all donations are what we have is what you receive basis and is hard to travel to clients homes especially during some weather conditions like extreme heat or cold.

 

If we do not have an item such as a keyboard, mouse, monitor, or if your donated desktop PC to access the internet by wired or wireless

we will notify the parent if we do not have the item in stock and will be up to the parent to get that item to allow full functionality for the donated desktop

Upon donation, you will be notified if you are receiving a desktop or laptop system as it is not a pick and choose what we have available in stock.
